Phew! January is done and we have kind of stuck to the New Year’s resolutions but for some that motivation has already slipped and all the old excuses are back as to why you have not been able to eat nutritiously and be more active!
So with half term done and dusted why not start afresh? The British Heart Foundation are celebrating their Heart Month awareness campaign so why not focus on loving yourself not just others.

All of these factors can be managed, yet for many making these change is hard and so that it is why it is important to have the support of others, perhaps who have experienced being overweight, like Sue and I. Plus with encouragement of fellow members it can make the days when you find the old excuses creeping back, a time when you can overcome those obstacles and make positive steps forwards.
