Do you walk into a clothes shop and say “I am looking for a dress that fits 13st 7lbs?” Of course not! So why are we are so focussed on the number on the bathroom scales? Whatever those scales say can really make or break how we feel and how we treat our bodies for the rest of the day. If we like the number we reward ourselves and if we don’t we just eat!

Lifestyle and fitness Coach Lesley Birkett-Cameron has declared that this roller coaster has to stop! “We need to be nourishing our bodies not punishing them!”

Having provided nutrition, fitness and lifestyle classes within the community for a number of years, Lesley has listened and understands that as everyone is so busy juggling work, home and family they need the right support and flexibility in order to create a healthy lifestyle.

Saturday 8.30am - 9.00pm - Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12 (New programme starts on 9th January for 12 weeks)
