We’re super excited to be working on a number of new small group programmes aimed specifically at Women’s Wellness.

Our first programme to launch will be

Renaissance

Renaissance is our programme dedicated to the 3rd Age (Peri-Menopause and beyond) Woman. The word ‘menopause’ we all know (and maybe dread!) but what’s ‘peri-menopause’? In short for most women this starts around age 35- 40 and starts by most women noticing that ‘things are changing’ in their bodies and their moods.They are also probably noticing that what used to work for them in terms of diet and exercise aren’t working any more. Sound familiar?

Trust us when we say – it really doesn’t have to be this way!

Our Renaissance Programme will:

  • Help take you from Hormone Hell to Hormone Healing
  • Address some of the other key female health concerns during this life phase
  • Look at optimal nutrition for this time in your life
  • Introduce you to functional and effective movement and mindfulness
